When to assign assessors

Each submission will eventually require one or more assessors.

Build familiarity with your entity's probity rules.

Options​

You can assign assessors progressively, as submissions are being lodged, or all at once after the submission period has closed.

Your selection process may allow progressive assessment, with assessments being conducted while the submission period is open. In this case, you can automatically assign assessors to submissions repeatedly as submissions arrive. For example, you could run the assignment process every week.

If your process only allows assessments after the submission period has closed, then run the assignment process once after all the submissions have been lodged.
