Archive the selection
Make a local copy of the information.
Before you begin
It is best to create an archive of your selection prior to deleting it.
The archive process is a one-way process. It is not possible to create or update a selection process by importing archived records.
Actions
Navigate to the Selections tab.
Click the name of the seletion to use.
Access the
Archive
area. You will see instructions about the four main steps to make an archive.
Work through the steps.
Access the question report. Use the
Actions
button to download the report in a format of your choice: CSV, HTML, Microsoft Excel, PDF. PDF is usually a good choice because it preserves pictures and formatting.Do the same with the criteria report and the submissions report.
The submissions file archive generates a zip archive file, containing all the file attachments to all the submissions. The files are arranged separate folders for each submission.
Store the files in an appropriate long term storage location so that they'll be accessible if they are required in the future.
