Check assessment workloads and progress

The Assignees Report shows a summary of assignment totals and progress per assigner.

Before you begin

You will need to be an assigner, editor or manager for the submission to check progress.

Actions

  • Start by navigating to the selection detail page:

    • Home > Selections > Selection details.
  • View the Personnel section. Use the Assignees Report button.

  • The report shows, for each assessor, the total number of unstarted assessments, started assessments and completed assessments.

    • In the example below, all the personnel have five assessments each, but one assessor is yet to finish them.

      Progress report

    • Assigned Count is the number of unstarted assessments

    • Started Count is the number of assessments with partial (but incomplete) scoring, assessments in progress

    • Complete Count is the number of assessments with all scoring work finished.
