Check assessment workloads and progress
The Assignees Report shows a summary of assignment totals and progress per assigner.
Before you begin
You will need to be an assigner, editor or manager for the submission to check progress.
Actions
Start by navigating to the selection detail page:
- Home > Selections > Selection details.
View the Personnel section. Use the
Assignees Report
button.The report shows, for each assessor, the total number of unstarted assessments, started assessments and completed assessments.
In the example below, all the personnel have five assessments each, but one assessor is yet to finish them.
Assigned Count is the number of unstarted assessments
Started Count is the number of assessments with partial (but incomplete) scoring, assessments in progress
Complete Count is the number of assessments with all scoring work finished.
