View individual assessment results

The assessment results are compiled and refreshed every time an assessment is completed by an assessor.

Before you begin

You will need to have at least an assessor role to view the individual assessment results.

About the weighted scores

Each assessment has a weighted score. It is the total of all the scores for each of the assessment criteria, adjusted according to the weightings of the criteria.

Here’s an example with three criteria.

Criterion	Weighting	Score
Experience	50%	8 / 10
Capacity	30%	6 / 10
Price	20%	9 / 10
Weighted score	76.00%

In the example, the weighted score is calculated as: ((0.5 x 0.8) + (0.3 x 0.6) + (0.2 x 0.9)) x 100

Actions

• Start by navigating to the lodged submission:

  • Home > Selections > Selection details > Lodged Submissions > Submission name

• View the Assignments area of the lodged submission

• Click the Completed assessment of interest.

  

• The weighed score, and all the assessment details that contributed to it, are shown.
