How subscription limits work

Each subscription plan has limits that are automatically applied.

Limits

  • Selections limit The total number of selection processes for an entity is capped. Entities are prevented from creating additional selections beyond the limit. You can delete old selections to create space for new selections if required.

  • Submissions limit The total number of submissions is capped. All the submissions received for all the entity’s selections count towards the limit. Select users are prevented from creating new submissions for all your selections if the limit has been reached. You can delete old selections to create space if required.

  • User limit The total number of Select users with specific roles for your entity and all its selections is capped. Only unique users are counted. For example, one user with several roles for various selections counts as one user. The creation of new roles is prevented if the limit has been reached. You can remove unnecessary roles or old selections to create space if needed.

  • Total File Size limit The total size of all the files attached to the entity’s submissions is capped. All responses to File Upload questions, for all the submissions for all the entity’s selections are counted. You can limit the acceptable file size for file upload responses to help avoid exceeding the limit. You can delete old selections to create space if required.

  • Response File Size limit This limit caps the size of files that can be accepted in response to file upload questions for submissions to any of the entity’s selections. The limit is applied per response.

tip

You can upgrade plans if your actual usage is getting close to the limits. Alternatively, you can archive ToDo and delete ToDo records to lower actual usage.
