Currencies

Subscriptions are available in these currencies:

  • US Dollars, USD $

  • Australian dollars, AUD $

    • Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies to Australian subscribers.

Subscription periods

You can choose monthly or annual payment periods. Annual periods are discounted: they cost the same as 10 months.

We recommend monthly subscriptions for new users.

Subsccription expiry

You can see your current subscription end date with your entity details.

If your subscription ends (ie, the ‘date paid to’ is in the past) then the creation of new selections, roles and submissions is prevented. After a grace period, your records will be deleted. We will not delete any records until you have had the chance to renew your subscription.

Payments

Our billing system is separate from the Select application itself. The ‘date paid to’ shown in the Select application is not updated immediately upon a change of subscription plan. The 'date paid to' will remain unchanged until payment details are processed.

Refund policy

Except as required by law, we do not offer refunds on unused pre-paid subscriptions. While annual subscriptions are more attractively priced than monthly payments, they are only suitable to entities that are reasonably certain they will use Select for the entire subscription period.
