Reset or change your password

It is easy to reset your password if you’ve forgotten it. Use the same process if you’d like to change your password.

Before you begin​

You'll need the email for your account.

Go to the app page​

  • Navigate to the Select app. Follow the link above.

  • Enter your email address and press Next.

  • Onthe next screen, use Forgot password?

  • Select will email you a confirmation code.

Enter confirmation code and new password​

  • Check your email to see the confirmation code. Remember to check your spam folder.

    Code expiry

    Your confirmation code will expire after a few minutes.

  • Enter the confirmation code and your new password

  • It is best to use a long and complex password that you have never used before. We recommend the use of password manager apps to help generate and store passwords. Select will notify you if your password is too easily guessed.

  • Press Reset password

  • You will be logged in, and taken to the home page.
